AN ORDINANCE EXTENDING A NON-EXCLUSIVE CABLE TELEVISION SYSTEM FRANCHISE IN THE CITY OF MOUNDRIDGE, KANSAS.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF MOUNDRIDGE, KANSAS:

SECTION 1. Franchise Granted. The franchise granted to Mid-Kansas Cable Services, Inc. (“Grantee”), on March 18, 1980, and effective on May 18, 1980, is hereby extended for a period of ten (10) years from the expiration of the current franchise (May 18, 2005) to continue to engage in the business of operating and providing a Cable Television System in the City of Moundridge.

SECTION 2. Term of Franchise This non-exclusive franchise extension and the rights, privileges and the authority hereby granted shall extend the current franchise for a period of ten (10) years and shall expire on May 18, 2015.

SECTION 3 Incorporation by Reference. Except as noted above, the terms and conditions of Ordinance No. 608 shall be construed together with this Ordinance and are incorporated herein by reference. The terms and conditions set forth in the above Ordinance shall govern the activity authorized by this Ordinance as if republished in total by this Ordinance.

SECTION 4. Repeal. Ordinance #747 and any reference to said Ordinance is hereby repealed.
