ARTICLE 3. ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR
3-301 Sale of retail liquor.
(a)The licensing of sale at retail of alcoholic liquor in the original package is allowed within the City of Moundridge, Kansas.
(b)Those applying for a license shall comply with all State statutes and local regulations.
